  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened tea, coffee, or spice packs cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.

3. Refunds

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
