1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened tea, coffee, or spice packs cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
3. Refunds
- If your return is approved, a refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

- Once approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back.
